Dwell and Rejoin

When firing from the Scheduled Worksheet, the dwell would allow guns to dwell on a particular target until it has been rejoined. This will cause the guns to remain continuously firing on the current target until they rejoin the fire plan at the completion of the dwell. Once the rejoin button is clicked the serial will be shifted to the right in the timeline depending on the dwelled duration.
