Calibrating the Joystick

If the Joystick is not functioning properly when tested using USB Game Controller, it may need to be calibrated. To calibrate the Joystick, simply follow these steps: Plug the joystick in to the computer
Open Control Panel
Navigate and open ‘Set Up USB Games Controllers’ window
When the joystick appears in the ‘Installed Game Controllers’ section, select it and click on ‘Properties’
From the new pop-up window, select the settings tab and click on ‘Calibrate’
Click Next button on the Device Calibration Wizard
Follow the steps of the Device Calibration Wizard

Press a button of the joystick
In Axis Calibration, to set the center point, move the joystick axis along all the sides of the square, and make sure the '+' sign traces all the sides and corners of the square; release it and then press a button on the joystick.
Click a button on the joystick again.
Now, for Z calibration, move the throttle all the way up and down and press a button on the joystick.
Click ‘Finish’ button to complete calibration.
