Running and connecting VBS2Combined Arms

I cannot get VBS2Combined Arms to launch.

I get an error dialog telling me that VBS2Combined Arms is already running when I start

VBS2Combined Arms will not connect to VBS2.

I get a disconnection message

I get unexpected behavior when I try and run two Stand Alone VB2Fires systems or two Instructor

VBS2Combined Arms systems in the same VBS2 scenario.

“SEVERE: Cannot load map UTM origin coordinate. Aborting initialization.”

When a scenario is loaded with more than 3 observers and gun-lines from a dedicated server, only observers

R1, R2, R3 can create missions and 10,20,30 gun-lines are responsive.

Why does VBS2Combined Arms have performance issues when the scenario is executed from preview mode within

the Offline Mission Editor?
