Default Radio Net Structure

If there is no radio net file placed in the mission folder within <DOCUMENTS>\VBS2\mpmissions or 'mydata' folder in the VBS2Combined Arms installation directory then VBS2Combined Arms will load the default radio net.  This radio net has the following structure:
